How can I see my bill?

You will receive your monthly bill on the email address you provided when you registered.

Can I get a copy of my last bill?

Your monthly bills will be sent to your email address. You can check them anytime.

What are the available payment methods?

You can pay with a credit card, Mada debit card, Sadad or cash.

If I do not have an unlimited data plan, what happens when I consume all available data in my plan?

When you consume all the data in your plan, simply recharge your account. You will only be charged for every additional gigabyte you use. And if your usage reaches the same consumption as our Solo Infinite plan, you will no longer be charged for any additional usage. That’s a fair deal!

I have purchased a plan and paid for it in advance, why am I receiving the first month’s bill ready to be paid?

You have up to 30 days to activate your number. If you do not activate the number within the 30 day period, it will be returned to Salam Mobile.

How can I pay my monthly installments?

Emkan will generate a SADAD number for the monthly installments. The monthly installments will be on 27th from every month for the whole tenure you will receive it via SMS.

How can I apply for financing of purchases?

You can apply for purchases financing by contacting your favorite store, and asking him for EMKAN FINANCING, they will share with you the process.

Can I choose a number I want? And how?

Yes, you can; when ordering your SIM card, you will be given the option to choose a number you want.

Do I need to activate my SIM after I purchase it from a Salam Mobile store?

If you purchased your SIM from a Salam store, you don’t have to do anything. Your SIM is already activated and you can use your new SIM immediately!

How can I activate my SIM after I purchase it online?

You can activate your SIM easily on the My Salam Mobile App or on our website. To activate your SIM:

  • Download the My Salam Mobile app.
  • Select "Activate your SIM."
  • Add your personal information and enter the verification code sent to you.
  • Verify your SIM on Absher or visit your nearest Salam Mobile counter.
  • Select "Scan SIM" to enter your SIM information automatically. You can also enter it manually.
  • Wait for the text confirmation—and you're done!

What is ICCID? What is IMSI? Where can I find them?

Your SIM Card contains ICCID and IMSI codes. These are serial numbers and identifiers unique for your SIM. You can find them on your SIM card pack.

I purchased a prepaid number but did not activate it yet. How long can I keep it inactive?

You have up to 30 days to activate your number. If you still have not activated your number after 30 days, the number will be returned to Salam Mobile.

How can I know if my company is from the approved employer list or not?

The retailor finance product doesn’t require to from the approved employer list.

Does the retailor finance product require changing my salary payroll to a specific bank?

No, it is not a requirement. You can benefit from the product without changing the salary payroll bank.

How do I know if I am eligible?

If you are not currently working or your monthly obligations are higher than the maximum permissible monthly deduction percentage, we cannot process your request. Duration of work: For Saudis 3 months. Non-Saudis 12 months Nationality (Saudi – Non Saudi). The sector (government - semi-government - private sector - retirees). Amount Due: Based on salary and credit obligations.

How do I know if my SIM is 5G?

How can I enable 5G? 5G service is currently available on iOS devices and android devices. You will be able to activate 5G from in your phone settings (if your smartphone supports the 5G network).

Why did I receive an additional data SIM with my postpaid purchase?

Upon purchasing a postpaid plan, you will receive an additional Data SIM that can be activated once your main SIM is successfully activated and will share the main plan benefits. Fair Usage Policy will apply.

I did not receive a four-digit OTP from Absher; how can I activate my SIM?

Make sure that you are using the Absher account connected to your mobile number. Also, verify that you have an active Internet connection when logging in to Absher. If it still does not work, please try again later.

Do I need to visit Salam Mobile store to transfer my existing number from my current provider to Salam Mobile?

Transferring your number is an easy and effortless process, you don’t need to visit our stores at all, all you need is to download Mysalam app and kick it off from there with very clear and easy steps.

How can I process my request?

The Customers will use the digital channel (the website) to apply for financing, and an immediate credit decision will be made based on the information provided by the costumer, the personal file and the customer's credit record. In the case of interpolation, the costumers will receive instant approval and are electronically signing the contract.

Salam Mobile makes every effort to ensure that services are available to consumers at all times. However, on the first day of Eid al-Fitr, the delivery service will be temporarily unavailable, but it will be up and running as normal from the following day onward.
